Once the customer has requested the services of Printco, the customer is deemed to have understood and accepted the terms and conditions as set out below and it shall be deemed that there is a contractual agreement between the customer and Printco.
Printco will always endeavour to fulfil the customer's requirements, and whilst every care has been taken to ensure services and products are problem free and accurate, the ultimate responsibility lies with the customer in ensuring that all purchases are correct.
The customer agrees to provide Printco with everything needed to complete the project including content, images, fonts and other information as and when needed, and in the format required by Printco. The customer guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork provided to Printco for inclusion in any media are either owned by the customer, or that the customer has permission to use them. The customer agrees to review Printco's work, provide feedback and sign-off approval in a timely manner.
All quotations are valid for thirty days.
Printco accepts payment by cheque, credit or debit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Any payment returned by the bank will incur an administrative charge as charged to Printco by the bank. Payment is required in full to process any order for production or design and any material and content created by Printco remains the sole property of Printco until payment is received in full. Printco reserves the right to amend its prices at any time without prior notice and all prices exclude VAT unless specified. The customer may request a credit account after their third purchase, but all accounts are granted at the sole discretion of Printco.
Printco will not share, sell or distribute any customers' contact information.
Print artwork specifications
There should be 3mm bleed around the finished artwork.
Proofs and return policy
If you are unsure of how your artwork will print, please request a printed proof. Unfortunately Printco cannot be liable for reprints where a customer has not requested a printed proof.
We process all print in CMYK format and cannot take responsibility for colour reproduction of RGB or other files supplied outside of the specification given. If a specific colour is required, you will need to purchase a spot colour print.
When viewing your artwork proof, please note that the print will not be a match to the screen colour. This is because every screen is calibrated differently and output is in RGB, while printed products are printed with CMYK colours. Furthermore, we cannot match colours across different media types and paper stocks.

Non personalised products can be returned within 5 working days of receiving the item, where the packaging and product are in the same condition as when received. Upon receipt, the product will be inspected to ensure that it is suitable for resale before a refund is granted. The Client is responsible for a courier fee to return the product.
Paper stocks may vary due to circumstances beyond our control such as3˜4variances in the mills and their stocks supplied.
Print turnaround time
Turnaround time starts from the date of approval and ends at the date of dispatch from Printco. Every reasonable effort is made to meet specified turnaround times, however, there may be occasions where Printco is unable to meet the specified turnaround times due to the nature of a production environment. Thus, turnaround times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Furthermore, Printco does not accept responsibility for missed turnaround times nor do Printco accept responsibility for loss suffered due to missed turnaround times.
Content supplied for web design, print or other use
Content supplied by the customer will be input but no spelling or grammar check will be done.
The customer will supply photographs and other graphics either in digital format. If the customer chooses to buy stock photographs, Printco can suggest vendors of stock photography. Any time Printco spends searching for appropriate photographs will be charged at the hourly rate.
Job specification changes
Once a graphic design job specification has been completed, a Client may request changes, such as changes to font and text, colour and images. However, should the Client submit a new job specification and structural modifications outside the initial requested job specification, the Client may be liable for additional charges for design.
Website design and compatibility
Printco will create designs for the look-and-feel, layout and functionality of the Client's website. This contract includes one main design plus the opportunity for the customer to make up to two rounds of revisions. If the customer is not happy with the designs at this stage, the customer will pay Printco in full for all of the work produced until that point and may either cancel this contract or continue to commission Printco to make further design revisions at the hourly rate. Printco will endeavour to ensure that any online content designed or developed will function correctly on the server it is initially installed in and that it will function correctly when viewed with the then current version of web browsing software Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Safari and Opera. Printco can offer no guarantee of correct function with all browser software.
Printco can provide ongoing or ad hoc maintenance of all online content. This service will be charged at an hourly rate.
Printco does not guarantee the availability of this service and cannot be held liable for any loss caused directly or indirectly by the unavailability, malfunction or interruption of this service. Printco reserves the right to refuse to host any material deemed to be illegal, offensive or unreasonably controversial in any way.
Website related technical support
Printco is not a website hosting company and does not offer or include technical support for website hosting, email or other services relating to website hosting.
Printco reserves the right to showcase any product or service provided to a customer, including but not limited to images of the customers purchased item as part of Printco's portfolio and to write about the project on websites, in magazine articles and in books.
Printco does not guarantee that any product or service provided will always be error-free and can't be held liable to the customer or any third party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the use of Printco's products or services, even if the customer has advised Printco of the possibilities of such damages.
